The Pottawattamie Conservation Foundatio (PCF) is issuing this RFP to solicit qualified, licensed, and insured catering services that are interested in the procurement, preparation, and delivery of a high-quality meal.
The event is outdoors and casual.
Proposals are due by May 1st, 2026, to pottcoconservation@gmail.com. The selected caterer will be notified on or before May 11, 2026.

Vendors are encouraged to submit creative menu options featuring bison as the main entrée. Bison will be provided by Pottawattamie County Conservation for inclusions on the menu at no charge to the catering vendor, therefore must be included in the menu planning. Pricing submitted by the vendor should reflect the cost savings of protein being provided by the PCF. The Go Wild planning committee will work with selected catering vendor for specific cuts and menu details.
A vegetarian option must be made available to guests in addition to the meat-centered entree.
Appetizers of fruit, vegetables and crudité to be provided by catering company, display of appetizer buffet to be determined by the Go Wild planning committee.
Catering company to provide all plates, napkins and flatware.
