Our Environmental Education Intern, Jenna, is crazy about composting!! Do you want to know how to turn your food scraps into compost? Check out her informational table just ouside the Loess Hills Lodge at Hitchcock Nature Center on Friday from 10am to noon. Learn about the importance of composting, choosing the best system for your needs, the composting process, and uses for the final product.
