Join us at Hitchcock Nature Center on Friday, December 18th at 6:00 p.m. for a naturalist led night hike through the Loess Hills. The full moon shines down from her place in the sky & if the weather cooperates, will illuminate your path through the trees.
This is a leisurely hike but please note this event will take place outdoors & involve pedestrian travel on uneven surfaces in low light & darkness. Flashlights will be permitted for portions of the hike but will not be in use the entire time. Strollers are not permitted. Please dress for the weather.
Cost is $5.00 per person, age 3 & under are free & don't need a reservation. Your admission fee includes admission to the park. This event is open to participants of all ages. Online pre-registration is required as space is limited. Pre-registration will open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 20th. For questions not answered online please call 712-545-3283.

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the program date by calling 712-545-3283 and speaking with staff directly. Cancellations received less than 1 week (7 days) in advance of the event will not be refunded. Fees for programs cancelled by PCC due to weather or other circumstances will be refunded.
