Meander & Gander | A Mindfulness in Nature Program with Lindsay Knieper

This page includes details on a past event. For a current list of upcoming Pottawattamie Conservation events, please visit our calendar.

Let's slow down the whirling pace of modern life and realign with the cadence of Mother Nature. Things we'll be reflecting on during this spring program: Hope, Possibility, and the Ephemeral Nature of Everything

Each Meander & Gander program will take place outdoors, be seasonally focused, and include a moderate hike, guided meditation, breathwork, and time for reflection. No prior experience necessary.

Suggested to bring: notebook or journal, water, something to sit or lie upon (towel or small blanket), and weather-appropriate attire.

She aspires to support others on their journeys of self-discovery and connection as an instructor of Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga at the University of Nebraska Omaha.
