Celebrate Aldo Leopold with Pottawattamie Conservation

Join Pottawattamie Conservation staff & presenter Ron Cisar for an online viewing of the award winning documentary “Green Fire: Aldo Leopold & a Land Ethic for our Time” on Tuesday, April 28th at 6:00 p.m. CST. Following the film our resident Leopold expert, Ron Cisar, will lead a thought-provoking and motivating discussion of the legendary conservationist and his timeless land ethic.

The first full-length documentary film ever made about legendary conservationist & philosopher Aldo Leopold, “Green Fire” explores Leopold’s extraordinary career & his enduring influence – tracing how he shaped the modern conservation movement & continues to inspire projects all over the country connecting people & the land.
