Join the Crescent Hill crew this winter! Swing by our job fair and put your hat in the ring for nearly 100 open seasonal positions.

Applicants will have the opportunity to pursue roles in several areas, including food and beverage support, guest services, maintenance, and the rental shop. Age requirements for positions vary from 14+ to 18+. Background checks and drug screens will be included as part of the hiring process.

• Snowmaking Team Lead (Age 18+)
• Snowmaking Team Member (Ages 18+)
• Chair Lift Operator Team Lead (Ages 18+)
• Chair Lift Operator Team Member (Ages 18+)
• Chair Lift Attendant (Ages 16+)
• Rental Shop Manager (Age 18+)
• Rental Shop Team Lead (Age 18+)
• Rental Shop Team Member (Ages 14+)
• Snow Sport School Coordinator (Ages 18+)
• Ski/Snowboard Instructor (Ages 18+)

Weekend and/or evening availability are a must. Seasonal positions generally run from December through February. Perfect for high school and college students, seasonal workers, and retirees.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that processing fees will not be refunded. Guests may cancel their reservation for a refund up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the program date by calling 712-545-3283 and speaking with staff directly. Cancellations received less than 1 week (7 days) in advance of the event will not be refunded. Fees for programs canceled by Pottawattamie Conservation due to weather or other circumstances will be refunded, including the processing fee.
