Season Pass Pickup Party & Ski Swap Fundraiser

Lift tickets will not be available for purchase until our opening date is set. Gift cards ranging from $25-$250 will be available for purchase at this event. Please visit www.explorecrescenthill.com for the latest.

Season pass holders unite! It's time to snag your 2025-2026 passes EARLY and beat the lines before old man winter arrives. But this event isn't just for season pass holders:

  • The kitchen and bar will be open for service.
  • Crescent Hill Ski Patrol will be hosting a ski swap fundraiser from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. featuring used skis, boots, and more at bargain prices. Proceeds support the all-volunteer patrol!
    • Members of the public are invited to sell their own gear for $10 per table. If interested, please arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to set up. Tables (8-foot) will be provided and are first-come, first-served.
    • Have items to sell, but can't make it to the swap? Ski patrol will sell your personal items for 20% of the selling price. Drop off your items day of between 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. or contact the patrol director at crescentskipatrol@gmail.com to drop them off at an earlier date.
  • Drop off new or gently used winter apparel, including hats, coats, gloves, scarves, and shoes. Apparel will be donated to local warming centers for individuals experiencing homelessness and to individuals released from Pottawattamie County jail during the winter months.

While season pass holders can snag their pass at any time once Crescent Hill is open for the season, we HIGHLY suggest grabbing your pass at this year's pickup event to reduce wait times and maximize your precious ski and snowboarding experience.

Please note that food, drink, and gift card purchases must be made with a card. A card machine will be available onsite to convert cash to a VISA gift card that can be used at any major retailer that accepts VISA.

Planning to pick up your pass? Please review the information below to ensure a smooth pickup experience:

  1. Ensure your waivers are signed BEFORE arriving. We cannot print a pass if waivers are not signed.

  2. Ensure you have a photo uploaded BEFORE arriving. All passholders will need to do this. We cannot print a pass if a photo is not uploaded. Photos should show a clear image of the season pass holder's face (preferably no hats, sunglasses, etc.).

  3. Please click here to login to your account and make sure these items are taken care of. Thank you!

Other important pass pickup reminders:

  • If you are picking up a pass for an adult, make sure they have signed their waiver and uploaded their photo. We cannot issue a pass if this is not done.
  • If you're picking up a pass for a minor, make sure the guardian whose account they're associated with has signed the necessary waivers and uploaded a photo for them. We cannot issue a pass if this is not done.
  • If you have purchased a season pass for another adult, they will need to create their own account, sign their own waiver, and upload their own photo in order to be issued a pass.
  • Crescent Hill season passes and lift tickets will have scannable bar codes printed on them. We will be diligently scanning these bar codes at the lifts to make sure that everyone is eligible to ride. Please always have your season pass or lift ticket visible to assist in this process. Thank you!
