Season pass holders unite! It's time to snag your 2025-2026 passes EARLY and beat the lines before old man winter arrives. But this event isn't just for season pass holders:
- The kitchen and bar will be open for service.
- Crescent Hill Ski Patrol will be hosting a ski swap fundraiser from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. featuring used skis, boots, and more at bargain prices. Proceeds support the all-volunteer patrol!
- Members of the public are invited to sell their own gear for $10 per table. If interested, please arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to set up. Tables (8-foot) will be provided and are first-come, first-served.
- Have items to sell, but can't make it to the swap? Ski patrol will sell your personal items for 20% of the selling price. Drop off your items day of between 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. or contact the patrol director at crescentskipatrol@gmail.com to drop them off at an earlier date.
- Gift cards will be available for purchase. They're a perfect stocking stuffer for the holidays!
- Drop off new or gently used winter apparel, including hats, coats, gloves, scarves, and shoes. Apparel will be donated to local warming centers for individuals experiencing homelessness and to individuals released from Pottawattamie County jail during the winter months.
- Drop off canned food donations for local families experiencing food insecurity. Specific requests include non-expired canned food items, including soups, beans, vegetables, SpaghettiOs, tuna, and packaged pasta meals, including spaghetti and macaroni and cheese. New, packaged hygiene items, including toothbrushes/paste, soap, etc., will also be accepted.
While season pass holders can snag their pass at any time once Crescent Hill is open for the season, we HIGHLY suggest grabbing your pass at this year's pickup event to reduce wait times and maximize your precious ski and snowboarding experience.
Pickup Party Etiquette
Please take care of the following items BEFORE you arrive. We cannot print a pass without a signed e-waiver or photo. Thank you!
New This Year:
- Passholders must present their ID when picking up.
- All passholders need to upload a new photo. Please see pass photo requirements below.
- Passholders may only pick up passes for themselves and immediate family.
I'm Picking Up For Me
- Sign your waiver.
- Upload your photo. Crescent Hill staff can also take your photo at the lodge at the pickup event or during the season and upload it to your account. Please note that this may increase your wait time.
- Click here to login to your account and make sure these items are taken care of.
- Bring your ID when picking up. Thank you!
I'm Picking Up for My Immediate Family
Immediate family includes spouses, parents/guardians, and children ages 25 or younger living in the same household.
- Picking up a pass for an adult: Make sure they have created their own account, signed their waiver, and uploaded their photo.
- Picking up a pass for a minor: Make sure the guardian whose account they're associated with has signed the necessary waivers and uploaded a photo for them.
- If needed, share this account login link with your family members and make sure these items are taken care of.
- Bring your ID when picking up. Thank you!
Can I pick up for a friend or extended family member?
New this year: To ensure all passholder information matches our system, guests may only pick up passes for themselves or their immediate family members. Example: Jeff can pick up his wife and kids’ passes without them being present. Jeff cannot pick up his best friend's pass, or his brother’s. They will need to pick up their pass in person and present their ID.
Pass Photo Requirements
Think of your season pass as your passport to the snow!
- Pass photos should show a clear image of the season passholder's face.
- Please avoid using images with hats, sunglasses, ski goggles, etc.
- Crescent Hill staff reserves the right to remove a passholder's photo if it does not meet requirements. In this case, the passholder will need to upload a photo that meets requirements, or a new photo will need to be taken onsite before printing the pass.
