Hitchcock Nature Center - Students entering 3rd and 4th Grade will enjoy some fun on the water during Wild Seekers at Arrowhead Park July 21st through 23rd.
Campers will head out on the lake to continue building their canoe and water safety skills, head to the archery range, and expand their outdoor knowledge through hikes & outdoor activities.
Wild Seekers camp is designed for unaccompanied campers entering 3rd and 4th grade. The camp will be held at Hitchcock Nature Center in Honey Creek, IA and will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. July 7th through 9th. The cost for this three-day camp is $75.00 per camper & includes park admission, snack, and camp materials.
Campers will need to provide a sack lunch for each day of camp. We also request campers bring a refillable water bottle, sunblock and insect repellent also recommended are a hat, sunglasses, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.
Online pre-registration is required as space is limited. Registration will open at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 2nd.
Join us for a summer of fun during Pottawattamie Conservation's 2020 Summer Nature Camps! Camps are offered for youth Pre-K through 9th Grade with a focus on fostering an understanding and appreciation of Iowa's unique environment. Campers will experience traditional summer camp games, outdoor adventures, and skill-building activities during these immersive, hands-on camps.
Due to the material needs of each camp, we observe the following cancellation policy.

*Camps with less than 10 registered campers may be canceled at the discretion of Pottawattamie Conservation. Camps canceled by Pottawattamie Conservation will be refunded 100%.
